     The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 1826828
   All those certain tracts of land lying and being on the waters of Can Branch, a tributary of Pound River and being more particularly described as follows:
    Tract No. 1- Beginning at a walnut below the driveway, corner to the line of lands now or formerly owned by Carrol Hill, then S 49 E 44  ft. to a stake in center of the forks of the driveway, then N 59 - 15 E to a stake in the bank of the east road, the distance of 223.3 ft. N 30 15 E 247.3 ft to a stake on the east side of the Gap, then N 4 E 111.9 ft to a steel pin on top of the knob, then N 60-30 W 46.7 to a stake then N 42 W 91.5 to a steel pin above the west driveway, then N 44 W 305 ft to a poplar in a drain, then N 63 W 905 ft to a stake on the north side of the drain, then S 34- 30 W 90 ft to Carrol Hill's corner, and with the reverse, S 11 W 755 ft. to an oak, then S 84 -30 E 220 ft to a stake, then S 79 E 79 ft to a stake then S 81 E 137 ft to a stake, then S 51-45 E to the beginning, containing 20 acres, more or less. 
     Tract No. 2- Beginning at the corner of Government survey and with it seven (7) stations to a pin, then S 69-30 W 775 ft. to a pin on the East side of a field gate, then crossing it with three (3) stations reversed, N 59-30 48 ft then N 25 W 450 ft. to a stake at a timberline, then N 2 W 100 ft. to a stake, then S 78 W 58 ft to the fence, then N 29-30 E 300 ft to a stake, then N 45 W 600 ft to the boundary line, and with it N 80 E 193 ft, then N 48 E 38.7 ft  then S 75 E 128 ft, then S 14 E 103 ft, then N 58-30 E 293.0 then N 78 E 49.5 ft. then N 23 E 274 ft. to the Beginning, containing 20 acres, more or less. 
    Being the same property conveyed to Jerry Wayne Rose and Brenda Lee Rose, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed from Avin Rose and Exie Rose, husband and wife, by dated January 3, 1997 and recorded the same day among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County in Deed Book 322 at Page 724. The said Jerry Wayne Rose departed this life on November 15, 1999 and by operation of law, full interest in the subject property is now held by Brenda Lee Rose.
    Less and Except for that certain portion of land conveyed to Johnny Anderson and Elizabeth Anderson by Deed from Brenda Lee Rose, widow, by Deed dated March 28, 2000 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on March 26, 2002 in Deed Book 374 at Page 008. 
    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 134 at Page 677, and Plat Cabinet 1 at Slide 48-480.
    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Jerry Wayne Rose, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Brenda Lee Rose, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; Clinton Ray French, whose last known address is  unknown; Mackie French, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is  unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 
     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 2, 2026 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
